Dt ; In a shallow pool formed in lawn a Pied Myna was enjoying bath, seeing it a female sparrow alighted from a nearby wall and took to the edges of water and attempted bath, for more than 2 minutes , never tried to go to the place or close, where the myna was.
Dt ; 30 Mar 1991 ; Two male sparrows were observed striking their own images in the wind screen of jeep, earlier a Golden Oriole did the same act.
Dt 02 April 1991 ; In the shallow water pool, Pied Mynas & common Babblers were enjoying bath. Later when the Babblers left, a male sparrow arrived and joined bath but on edges, later joined by a female, both bathed and drank water.
