I observed that there is a reduction in the numbers of sparrows in my locality. There is a pot placed on my roof in which I pours water everyday, so that birds can take it. Earlier, whenever I saw my pot, there was a flock of sparrows around that pot. But, in these days the no. is reduced. Whenever I used to go to my balcony, I observed that only 2-3 sparrows, chirping over there, the numbers were higher in past. I wish this chirping will always be heard in our localities.
