Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I am observing sparrows for last three-four years and i am astonished that on some places they are completely vanished.In Jabalpur city ,i never able to locate any single sparrow instead i found that green bee eater and sun birds are more common than sparrow.During my visit to Bandhavgarh Tiger Park last week (on 26-27.05.2012), i was happy to watch a couple of pairs of sparrows at a roadside hotel/dhaba in a small town called Shahpura (Dindori Dist) about 80 kms from Jabalpur.Even my 8 years old son Abhimanyu observed those chirping sparrows and reminded me that these are our chidiya,he meant that being our most acquainted birds at my permanent home at Jodhpur(Raj.) |
