| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I have uploaded many photos and videos in Citizen Sparrow's Facebook page. We have plenty of sparrows here and they assemble daily in our garden. My parents feed them powdered biscuits and rice grains daily while I go to office. We have also kept a gas trolley with water in the garden. They use it for drinking water as well as bathing. Other birds like Oriental Magpie Robin, Black Headed and Red Cheeked Bulbuls, Mynah, Pigeons, Purple Rumped Sunbird and Ashy Prinia also visit our garden and bathe in the tub. They also eat the biscuits.
On Sundays I can't resist clicking their photos and recording videos! They are so cute, adorable and child like. They are spoilt brats and a pampered lot. One video which has been shared a lot and appreciated is my video on the sparrows enjoying a bath in the gas trolley. It's very clear....has come out well. Watching their antics really makes happy and relieves the mind. Sparrows are a delight to watch. I am a bird lover and love all the birds. But sparrows have a special corner in my heart :) |
