Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | Well there used to be a lot of sparrows in this very locality some years back, during my schooldays more specifically. Infact, I used to have early morning school and the thing that used to wake me up most often wasn't an alarm ring or the newspaper vendor's ring or the scolding of parents but the ever-so-lovely chirping of the sparrows. They weren't just seen flying outside along the circumference of all the houses in the locality but also very frequently within our rooms into which they sneaked through the ventilators.
They're unfortunately nowhere to be seen currently. It's very sad and I dearly miss that wonderful chirping sound. |
