| Q11. Would you like to share a story about House Sparrows from this time period? | I joined the college having been transferred from Ravenshaw University, Cuttack. I have observed hundreds of sparrows in and around the college campus, and also at the nearby railway station, Keonjhargarh. I have taken a few snaps of these birds in my cell phone. This place being hilly and at high altitude; the presence of large numbers of sparrows really intrigued me. I visited Srinagar, Kargil(around 12000 ft above sea level) and Leh during the summer vacation where I also saw a few sparrows at high altitude. |
