Osian on the outskirts of Jodhpur has a tourist complex.The time we visited it was peak summer and abandoned. The area around was just sand dunes, with a few trees around. The complex was made up of several different small buildings with thick thatched roofs. I observed several sparrows, flying all around, it was just a relief to see them thriving in this small area. While I could not see the nests, I did observe the birds disappear into the thatch.They were carrying small bits and pieces of paper suggesting nest building.
