I spotted 2 sparrows in my balcony last year..We have been keeping water and grains for the them since then...almost a year now! They come everyday at regular timings..earlier few of them used to come...now many sparrows visit..many times in one day! they dont just come to eat...our balcony is their playground..they keep digging into the pots..swinging on the clothes line! they even tug at the ropes we used to make its roof, to make their nests! so the roof keeps falling! but in all its fun watching them...its the best pass time ever! :) its sad to know though that they are decreasing in number n we must do everything it takes to conserve them...the cutest birds with the cutest chirp!
