I have recently moved to Pune and in the first week I passed through the market of Hinjewadi Chowk I saw few sparrows chirping & flying away and was really happy. After so many years I have seen sparrows and was delighted to see them. Would certainly tell the shopkeepers and & civilians about the sparrows and how we can do our little bit by providing them food & carton boxes foer them to nest.

I have never seen a sparrow in Hyderabad yet but yes I have seen lots of them in my home town Shillong. But, even there they are disappearing fast as the houses are made of concrete. I loved their chirpy sound and playful nature. Hopefully, with the efforts that everyone is putting we might be able to safe whatever is left out of them.
