Golden Temple Gurudwara Main Entrance Gate In The Premises, Amritsar Golden Temple, Amritsar Amritsar Punjab
It was a wonderful sight...there were hundreds of sparrows twittering on the tree just near the main entrance of the gurudwara in the parikrama area that goes along the sarovar....maybe because visitors give prasad to them to eat and there is plenty of water too....or are they devotees of the lord...?....go there to witness this yourself...the gurudwara is open for all religions, caste and creed...and birds too....amazing....heavenly experience....!!!!

Sparrows are among the other 15 species that I get to see every morning from my Balcony.My society is one of the oldest in the area with the most space and trees like coconut,mangoes, gulmohar.bottle-brush,eucalyptis and many others whose name I may not know.The common visiters along with sparrows are the parrot, parakeet, bulbul, maina, koyal,crow, pigeons and many others whose species I am yet to find out.Just love my house.It is heaven because of this unique feature which is rare to find in a city ilke Pune.I am blessed to stay there.

I have seen that sparrows reside here with fearless approach.They are even found perched on the windowsills, corridors and verandah throughout the day especially when the students are not around and there is less activity around 4.p.m. onwards.Lots of birds come to dring water during summers.You can sit with your eyes closed and just hear them chirp....it is an amazing experience....!!!!!
