Actually in my house since last 7 to eight years each time a new pair of sparrows built a nest inside drawing room (a design was made of plaster of paris in my drawing room in which some years back due to water seepage in monsoon, some portion is broken and felled. The same was not repaired since then as the first pair of sparrows built a nest in that broken portion. Due to this nest, My family has given up the idea of repairing it as all of us are bird lovers especially sparrows). It is observed that each time the new bird flown off, a new pair will start a new family (this happens after a big fight between two to three pairs of sparrows for this space). A number of times we used to keep the babies back into the nest as and when they fall off. My son is now 8 years old and is grown up by watching these sparrows and he has developed deep love with them since childhood. Further, outside my house, two green trees are sheltering a large number of sparrows very near to my home. I used to observe them flying early in the morning towards west side of the city and in the evening they are all returning to the trees. Seeing so many birds is happy to the mind.
