I walk my dog daily over a 2 sq. km area. I have seen sparrows in a MCD park in A-2 Paschim Vihar, a bunch of them. There are several large bougunvillea bushes there and probably the sparrows nest there. Otherwise sparrow sightings are very occasional, especially in A-2 B, Paschim Vihar. There is a large district park adjoining this residential block where there are lots of rare bird visits like green pigeon, grey hornbill etc. but sparrow sightings are very very rare.
