The sparrows that seemed to have been vanished have recovered steadily(touch wood). Now I see them on a mango tree and some Ashoka trees where they can be heard chirping and they have also built their nests on trees.

We had a wall mirror in our courtyard where plethora of these sweet chirping birds used gather and knocked their beaks over their image.It made my day utterly delightful!
