i resided in mayur vihar phase-1 (pocket-3) since birth. i remember before year 2000, we used to keep water and seeds for sparrows. they used to come on time in huge clusters in the evening to get the feed. I guess they dsiappeared when the pollution levels shooted in delhi around 1996 untill the cng drive started. never seen a sparrow post that even though delhi is again greener. we do have lot many of other birds and small animals around but no sparrows. Sigh!
