i live in a locality where almost every house has a sparrow nest! i grew up listening to those tiny blissful creatures. now considering the fact that they are disappearing from many areas.. its really depressing.

I observed that people are using artificial nest for sparrows provided by "Hingolgadh wild life bird sanctuary" authorities.
Very good work by them.

I haven't seen more than 2 sparrow since last 5-7 years. But I have seen many sparrow in Rajkot, Surendranagar district (many cities & villages) in houses of local residentials.
